# The Agentic Desk: Team Setup

A trading desk staffed with AI agents, configured to you. Built from an anonymized, working 10-seat desk.

**How it works**
1. Answer the 8 onboarding questions in `00-onboarding.md` (about 3 minutes).
2. Paste your answers plus `core/assembler.md` into your assistant. It applies the mapping rules and outputs *your* desk: which seats to staff, their scorecards, your daily/weekly/monthly routines and your guardrails, at the automation level you chose.
3. Follow the short setup guide for your platform: `guides/grok-bot.md` (first), `guides/claude.md`, `guides/chatgpt.md`, `guides/openclaw.md`.
