# Routines

## Daily (swing default; times ET)
- **Pre-market (before 8:30):** Macro, Research head, On-chain, Expert voice publish notes → Price map marks levels → Head trader builds 1-page plan → Options structures → Risk checks every line.
- **Chair (you, 10–30 min):** approve / edit / kill each line.
- **Session:** Trader acts at its stage. Any new idea goes through Risk first.
- **Post-session:** each seat files its scorecard line; Head trader writes the journal and review.

**Intraday variant (Q2=A):** add a midday check (12:00) and a pre-close risk sweep (15:30).
**Under 30 min/day (Q5=A):** one scheduled morning brief (plan + Risk table) and one 5-line close review; everything else weekly.

## Weekly (Sunday or Friday after close)
Scorecard review per seat; Expert voice note; pick ONE improvement and send it to Sim lab.

## Monthly
Promote or demote seats on the ladder; retire seats whose scorecards don't justify them; review limits.
