# Setup: Grok Bot (recommended first)
1. Send Grok Bot the files in `core/` and your onboarding answers with the assembler prompt. Ask it to save the output to its persistent notes as "My desk".
2. Ask it to create one routine per scheduled item in your routines (e.g. weekdays 8:00 AM ET pre-market plan; 4:30 PM ET close review; Sunday 6 PM scorecard review).
3. Have it keep each seat's notes in its own folder on its box and the daily plan in one file you read.
4. Load the free skill packs (theagentictrader.com/skills) for your markets into its notes.
5. Run Risk in a separate subagent from Research (separation of duties).
6. Stage 3+: connect a paper account only. Live keys only after sign-off, trade-only, with limits enforced at the broker.
