Setup: OpenClaw (self-hosted)

1. Create one agent per seat; paste each charter as its system prompt and add the matching skill pack to its workspace/skills folder.
2. Wire the hand-offs: seats write to a shared notes folder; the Head trader agent reads it on a cron schedule matching your routines.
3. Use a different model for Risk than for Research where possible.
4. Self-hosting means you own security: store broker keys in a secrets manager, trade-only, no withdrawal rights; never in prompts or notes.
5. Paper account first; live only after sign-off with limits at the broker and a tested kill switch.
