Who you're dealing with

The Agentic Trader is published by JP3 Labs.

Your download

The Team Setup pack is delivered right after payment. If the email doesn't arrive, check spam, then email yourself a new download link, or email us from the address you paid with. The Desk Kit download works the same way: the email link, or a new one.

A charge on your statement

Charges show as AGENTIC TRADER. If you don't recognize one, or something went wrong, email us before you dispute it with your bank. We'll sort it out, and a refund from us is faster than a dispute.

Refunds

Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions. Just reply to your receipt email. Desk Review: in full before the review starts. Details on the refunds page.

Desk Review

After you buy, we email you. The written review, scored on the rubric, is back within 5 business days of the desk files arriving. The call is scheduled in that same window. Never send broker logins, API keys, account numbers or positions. We don't need them.

What we can't help with

We can't tell you what to buy or sell, review your positions, or touch your broker account. The material is educational. See the disclaimer.
