Privacy

The Agentic Trader is published by JP3 Labs. JP3 Investment Manager, LLC dba JP3 Labs, 3225 McLeod Dr, Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89121. This page says what we collect, why, and who else handles it. The short version: an email address if you give us one, purchase records when you buy, and nothing sold to anyone.

What we collect

Your email address, when you sign up for the newsletter or join the Team Setup or Desk Review list. That is the only field on those forms. Joining either list also puts you on the newsletter.

Purchase records, when you buy. Payments run through Stripe. Stripe collects your card details. We never see or store your card number. We receive what you enter at checkout (such as your name, email and billing country), the card brand and last four digits, what you bought, and what you paid.

What you send us. Emails to us. For the Desk Review, the desk files you send and what you tell us on the call. Don't send broker logins, API keys, account numbers or positions. We don't need them, and if they arrive we delete them.

Page views. Our server logs which page was requested, which site linked to it, and whether the visitor was a known crawler. Those logs keep no IP address and set no cookie. Our host keeps its own short-lived request logs for security and operations, which can include IP addresses.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your information. We don't run ads, tracking pixels or tracking analytics. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and doesn't identify you. This site sets no cookies. Stripe's checkout pages set their own cookies to process payments and prevent fraud.

How we use it

To send the newsletter, deliver what you bought, run the Desk Review, answer your questions, handle refunds, and keep the records tax law requires.

Who else handles it

Each one handles the data only to provide that service to us.

How long we keep it

Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only a do-not-email flag, so you aren't added back by mistake. Purchase records stay as long as tax and accounting rules require. Desk Review files stay only as long as the review and its follow-up need them. We keep your signup date and which welcome emails went out, on our host, so the series stops when you buy or unsubscribe.

Your choices

To stop getting email, reply "unsubscribe" to any message from us or email hello@theagentictrader.com. To get a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, email the same address. We answer within 30 days. Records we must keep for tax are kept, but never used to market to you.

Children

This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
