The problem
You set up an AI assistant. Now what? One chat doing everything gives you more opinions, not a desk. A fund doesn't beat you because its people are smarter. It has a research seat, a risk seat, someone who maps the levels, and someone who says no.
How it works
- Answer 8 questions. About three minutes. Every answer changes the desk you get. Skip one and the marked default is used.
- Paste one prompt. The assembler turns the answers into your seats, scorecards and routines.
- Follow a one-page setup guide for Grok Bot, Claude, ChatGPT or OpenClaw. The core is the same on each.
The 8 questions
- Markets: US equities and ETFs, options, futures, crypto, FX.
- Style: intraday, swing, position, or mixed.
- Approach: discretionary, rules-based, or hybrid.
- Capital range. It sets limit templates. It is never published.
- Hours you can give the desk on a trading day, from under 30 minutes to full-time.
- Automation target, from research only up to a desk that can run 24/7 on rules you set. Every seat still starts at stage 1 (research).
- Platform: Grok Bot, Claude, ChatGPT, OpenClaw, or a mix.
- The pain you want the desk to take first: too much information, breaking your own rules, no time, no review, or not knowing where to start.
What you get
- 10 seat charters with output contracts: Head trader, Research, Price map, Macro, Risk (with veto), Trader, Options, On-chain, Expert voice, Sim lab.
- A scorecard with a formula for every seat.
- Daily, weekly and monthly routines, including a version for 30 minutes a day.
- Guardrails: an autonomy ladder, hard-limit templates, a kill switch, demotion rules, key hygiene, and a runbook for working toward a desk that runs around the clock, on rules you set.
- The answer-to-desk map, so you can see why each seat showed up.
- Setup guides for Grok Bot, Claude, ChatGPT and OpenClaw.
Who it's for
For active traders who already run a process and want agents to staff it.
Not for anyone shopping for signals, picks, or a bot that promises returns. There are none in the pack.
Where the desk comes from
The pack is built from a real 10-seat desk run by one trader. The case study is that desk with the accounts, sizes, venues and positions taken out. It is a description of process, not a result. Read it and decide if the thinking is worth $49.

Desk Review · $249
You send the desk the pack produced. You get a written review of the seats, scorecards, routines and guardrails, one 45-minute call, and 14 days of async follow-up.
Process and controls only. No trade advice, no picks, no review of your positions. We never take broker logins, API keys, or withdrawal access. Five slots a month. Full refund before the call. None after the review is delivered.
Same rule as the pack: checkout is not open, and this form does not charge you.
Questions traders actually ask
Will this make me money? We make no return claims. It organizes a process. Results depend on you and on markets.
Does it trade for me? Only if you later choose that, and only after paper trading, with hard limits you set outside the agents and a kill switch you control. The default is propose-only.
What do I pay today? Nothing. Checkout is not open. The list holds the launch price and sends one email when it is.
Refunds? The pack: 14 days, no questions. The Review: full refund before the call, none after delivery.
Which platform? Grok Bot, Claude, ChatGPT or OpenClaw. The seats themselves are not tied to one of them.
Risk note. Automated trading can lose money, sometimes quickly. Paper-trade every seat first. Set hard limits the agents cannot edit. Keep a kill switch you control. Past results, including anything in the case study, do not guarantee future ones. Full disclaimer.
Educational only. Not financial advice. The Agentic Trader teaches how to organize AI agents around your own research and review process. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset. We do not endorse any broker, platform, or asset. AI output can be wrong, so verify everything and make your own decisions. Trading and investing involve risk of loss. No relationship with any broker.
