Desk Review
A written score of the desk you already run, plus one call.
$249
You send the desk files. The written review is back within 5 business days of those files arriving. It uses the rubric below. Then one 45-minute call, and 14 days of async follow-up.
Process and controls only. No trade advice, no picks, no review of your positions. We never take broker logins, API keys, or withdrawal access. Full refund before the review starts. Refunds.

Scoring rubric
Each area is 0, 1, or 2. Ten points in all. A 2 means a stranger could run the check from the file. A 1 means the piece exists and a hole is named. A 0 means it is missing or it contradicts itself.
| Area | A 2 | Points |
|---|---|---|
| Seats | One job, one output, a never-do, each in its own chat | 0–2 |
| Handoff | The next seat can use the file without asking | 0–2 |
| Risk gate | CLEAR or SEND-BACK, and limits the agent cannot edit | 0–2 |
| Live path | Paper first, a preflight, risk gate CLEAR, hard limits, kill rules, and LIVE_TRADING off until you arm it | 0–2 |
| Records | A journal and a scorecard, including on a no-trade day | 0–2 |
- 0 to 4. Not a desk yet. The review names what to split or write down.
- 5 to 7. Can run on paper once the named gaps are closed.
- 8 to 10. Can run on paper as written.
The score is about the files. It is not a comment on trading results. A sample report, labeled example data, is on the sample Desk Review.
Turnaround
Five business days from the day the desk files arrive. The call is scheduled in that same window. If a file is missing, the clock starts when the missing file arrives, and the review says which file it was.
What to send
Platform, broker if you have one, and how many seats you run. The seat prompts, limits.md, and a week of the journal if you have it. Do not send broker logins, API keys, account numbers, or positions.
Automated trading can lose money; start on paper and set hard limits. Not financial advice.
