Terms

The seller is JP3 Investment Manager LLC, doing business as The Agentic Trader. These terms cover what you buy and how you may use it.

What we sell

Two things. The Team Setup pack is a digital download: seats, scorecards, routines and guardrails for a desk you run yourself. The Desk Review is a one-time service: a written look at that configuration, one call, and a short follow-up. Prices are on the Team Setup page.

What the material is

The pack, the review, and the rest of this site are educational. This is not investment advice. There are no signals, and no guarantee of results. Trading involves risk of loss. You decide what to do with your own money.

License

A purchase is a personal-use license. Use the pack for your own desk. Don't redistribute the files, resell them, or share them.

The Desk Review

The review covers process and controls only. No trade advice. We never take broker logins, API keys, or access to your accounts.

Refunds

Refunds are on their own page. Email hello@theagentictrader.com.

Liability

Trading losses are yours. We are not liable for them, or for other losses from using the site, the pack, or the review. If a claim is about the purchase itself, the most we owe is the amount you paid.

Florida law governs these terms.
