How it works
- Answer the 8 onboarding questions in
00-onboarding.md(about 3 minutes). - Paste your answers plus
core/assembler.mdinto your assistant. It applies the mapping rules and outputs your desk: which seats to staff, their scorecards, your daily/weekly/monthly routines and your guardrails, at the automation level you chose. - Follow the short setup guide for your platform:

This folder builds yours: an 8-question setup interview, the assembler prompt, seat charters for 10 seats, paste-ready prompts for 2 seats (Head trader and Research), scorecard formulas, routines, and guardrail templates. It is free on the site. The Grok Bot Desk Kit is the runnable ten-seat set with checkers.
